Returning Your Device
Please read through the following instruction to return your device:

Click here to open to the help desk home screen in a new tab.
- Click on Submit a Ticket to start the return process
- Make the subject line "Returning Device"

Copy and paste the following information in the "Description" section and add in your information
- Full Name:
- Employee # / NUID (if applicable):
- Device asset number (can be found on a tag on the back of the device):
- Your current shipping address:
- Reason for return:
- Do you have access to a printer:
- Replacement requested (Yes/No):
6. Click "Submit"
A support rep will reach out to you with return information by email within 48 hours. Please check your email spam folder if you have not received a response in that time.
